We are a small housing cooperative and intend to replace our current property management company and take over property management ourselves. We are looking for suitable software for this purpose. This involves the management of approximately 50 residential units, 2 commercial units, and approximately 30 parking spaces. There are no plans to expand the portfolio in the future.

The software should meet the following requirements:

  • Master data management of permanent users
  • Recording of rent receipts and rent arrears
  • Possibly standardized reminder letters
  • Recording of operating costs and ancillary costs
  • Preparation of annual statements (interim statements may also be necessary)
  • Automated or rapid cross-checking of monetary inflows and outflows with the status of the cooperative account
  • Clear account structure
  • Simple and rapid preparation of the annual balance sheet

One software workstation is planned.
