We are looking for facility management or building management software for our holiday park with over 150 houses and various owners.

The software must meet the following requirements:

  • Entry of
    • defects
    • malfunctions
    • tasks
  • Assigning tasks to individual employees
  • Entering data on a PC
  • Communication via company smartphone
  • Sorting entries processed by employees into completed, open, etc.
  • Recording defects
  • Viewing defect history
  • Time recording for individual tasks

Three software workstations are required for the office and three for smartphones.
