Healthcare advocacy group seeks budget planning software

We are a healthcare advocacy group with approximately 1,500 employees and are looking for budget planning software.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Recording of various planning statuses with extensive documentation options (planning down to detailed items), possibly with quantities.
• Cost center planning: It should be possible to enter n-many data records for detailed planning for each cost center.
• Options for creating a budget report with editable texts.
• Interface (query via view possible) to the existing ERP for master data and transaction data.
• Easy to use: e.g., direct access to cost centers and cost units without cumbersome navigation.
• Reports: Printout of budget plan, budget estimate, etc.

Ideally, we can configure settings and reports (e.g., budget estimate) ourselves. Approximately seven software workstations are planned.
