Guest accommodation agency seeks hotel software

I run a guest accommodation agency and offer around 50 furnished rooms and apartments in several properties (guesthouses, apartment buildings). To manage and rent these properties, I am looking for hotel software that meets the following requirements:

• Reservations, with reservation/interface to HRS, Booking
• Overview
• Pricing
• Input of number of rooms
• Multiple properties
• Integration of own website
• Windows compatible

One software workstation is required.
