Growing start-up company seeks applicant management

We are looking for an applicant management system for our successfully growing start-up company.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Connection to job vacancies on our own website
• Option to apply directly from the job vacancy
• Customizable application form and option to integrate screening questions
• Recording of applications, creation of applicant files
• Integration of job boards
• Success analysis of the various channels
• Candidate tracking
• Direct People Search
• Applicant pool database
• Web-based program!
• Interface to our own content management system
• Dialog language German and English (switchable)
• Optional unlimited job ads, but at least 15
• User management and access rights

The software is planned for approx. 5 “admins” and should offer the option of inviting guests to individual applications.
