We are a furniture wholesaler and are looking for software for warehouse logistics, accounting, and administration.

The software should meet the following requirements:

  • Merchandise management: each product should have its own number in the system (permanent inventory for the warehouse, preferably with print templates for QR codes or a scanning system, for a better overview of incoming and outgoing goods).
  • It should be possible to access the system online, i.e. it should be possible to view the stock level via iPhone without being in the warehouse
  • We also need a customer file so that each customer has a profile and a customer number, which can be used to assign goods and create returns, invoices, and delivery notes
  • Since we will also have customers outside Germany, a system that generates VAT-free invoices and delivery notes within the EU would be helpful.
  • Another very important point would be accounting, cash book, profit and loss statement, and advance VAT return.
  • The software should also be used to automate accounting - overview of incoming and outgoing payments (cash, bank transfer, and PayPal).
  • We would also like to set up an email newsletter with the help of the customer file.
  • As few software applications as possible, if possible - i.e., a complete solution or add-on modules.
  • iOS and MS Windows, depending on which is more user-friendly.

Two software workstations are planned.

Based on the specific requirements, the following solutions can be considered:
