Freight forwarder seeks OCR software

We are a thriving freight forwarding company based in southern Germany and are looking for OCR software for processing invoices. We have two "Sprinter" vehicles in use ourselves, so we rely on subcontractors for our vehicle fleet. Light or heavy trucks are also commissioned or dispatched.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Support for processing incoming invoices (by post)
• Support for processing incoming invoices via email (PDFs)
• Recognition of specific fields in documents, such as reference numbers
• Renaming files based on reference numbers and saving them in definable folders on a server
• Possibly creating automated processes after OCR scanning, such as sending to definable email recipients such as accounting or department mailboxes for review
• Local installation or web-based

Six software workstations are planned. Work will be carried out in an MS Windows system landscape.
