Flower trade (import and export) seeks merchandise management

We are active in the import and export of flowers (wholesale) and are looking for a merchandise management system.

The software should perform or support the following tasks:

• Storage of perishable products
• Goods receipt with item description should be imported from the supplier file
• Item management with batch management
• A uniform item master cannot be used: We control our stock and picking by numbering the individual flower boxes. Each supplier has its own number range. Supplier 1 = numbers on box 100, 101, etc. A total of approx. 15 current suppliers. Each box has a different content in terms of variety and quantity each week. The content data should be transferred for invoicing and delivery notes.
• Delivery note and invoicing
• Transfer of order data via .csv file to parcel service providers for picking and parcel shipping.
• Dunning
• DATEV interface
• Interface for a possible future web shop.
• Windows compatible

Two to eight software workstations are planned.
