We are a financial services provider specializing in asset management and are seeking a CRM solution for our company, primarily focused on contact management and investment accounts.
The following requirements must be met:
- Customer data management
- Address, date of birth, bank account details, etc.
- Create various lists, such as for sending Christmas cards, distribution data for investments (checking bank account details), etc.
- Manage invitations to shareholder meetings (RSVPs, etc.)
- Loan agreements, data, etc.
- Manage investment portfolios
- Store portfolio data and holdings
- => Update purchases/sales in the system
- => If possible, there should be an interface to current fund data (currently handled via Excel). We also have our own Excel spreadsheet that pulls the daily closing prices of funds/stocks
- Manage investments
- Create companies with shareholder data
- Maintain data such as dividend amount and taxable income for year X
- Manage life or pension insurance policies
- Data, terms, expiration dates (=> timely reminders)
- Generate reports
- Overview per client – Create a comprehensive or partial overview for the client, i.e., a type of “reporting” including securities accounts, investments, loans, etc., where individual sections can be selected – In which companies does the client hold stakes? – How much in distributions has the client received from these investments in recent years? – What is the tax result per investment or in total?
- Company overview – results, distributions, taxable income, etc., from past years
- Portfolios – total value of all portfolios we manage – What have clients invested in our funds, broken down by fund?
- Interfaces
- to MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- to banking (SFirm) would also be desirable, so that items such as distributions can be transferred directly from the CRM to SFirm
- Windows-compatible
- Migration or data transfer from MS Excel
Approximately 10–15 software workstations are planned.
