Financial services provider seeks brokerage software to serve as a customer-facing platform for approximately 50,000 (retail) customers

We are a financial services provider and are looking for standard brokerage software to serve as a client-facing interface for our clients, specifically retail clients. The software should enable our bank clients to enter and process securities orders.

High-level feature set:

• Enter, modify, and cancel common order types
• Enter, modify, and cancel securities savings plans
• Enter, modify, and cancel subscriptions
• Display of transactions and positions
• Management of cash and securities
• Performance information
• Integration with the bank’s order routing and management system (for forwarding to, e.g., stock exchanges); integration with back-end systems
• Integration via Web API into the bank’s online banking system
• Responsive design and implementation of the bank’s relevant style guides
• Implementation of current legal requirements (e.g., MiFID II) and implementation of all relevant regulatory changes

Optional: Software hosting by a provider

It is planned that approximately 50,000 customers will use the software.
