Financial services provider seeks broker management program

As an independent financial services provider and insurance broker, I am looking for a suitable broker management system.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Customer management
• Contract and document management
• Consulting documentation
• Data history
• Search function
• Commission control
• Task management
• Appointment management
• Form creation (customer letters, data export, etc.)
• Various evaluations
• Follow-up organization
• Interfaces to existing financial planning software and existing communication tools
• Comparison with two broker management programs currently on the market is desired, as I would like interfaces to the above software
• Suitable for home office
• Web-based (cloud) would be nice, but not a must

Three software workstations are planned.
