We are a financial institution in southern Germany and are looking for software that combines construction project development, (technical) building management, and property management. The focus is on (technical) building management and property management. We currently manage approximately 100 residential units, both private and commercial tenants. The trend is upward.
We also act as a property developer. The software we are looking for should accompany a planned and ultimately realized residential development throughout the entire construction project. At an early stage, it should support the entry of the relevant parameters, such as house numbers, residential units: square footage, number of rooms, etc. Once the construction project is complete, however, the focus will not be so much on selling the residential buildings as on renting them out.
The software should meet the following requirements:
Five software workstations are planned. Work will be carried out in an MS Windows system environment.
