Event organization wants fully automated processing of orders (food & beverages)

We are looking for a software for our event organization for the fully automated processing of orders (food/drinks) by external representatives and the external production and, if necessary, also for the external dispatch of goods abroad.

The software should fulfill the following requirements

• Independent creation of an order by an external partner
• Internal approval of the order
• Automatic transmission to the manufacturer / production
• If necessary, shipment (international) by another external partner (logistics provider)
• Real-time tracking of the order status

If the software can also be used as a CRM tool, that would be great.

About 5 internal workstations are planned. However, external access from several different partners should also be possible. It is particularly important that the respective rights can be clearly and individually assigned.
