Environmental protection organization seeks time and attendance tracking system

We are an environmental protection organization and are looking for software for time and work time recording in the office and occasionally in the field at various locations.

The software should support the following requirements:

• Time and work recording
• Additional vacation time recording
• Project assignment of working hours, if applicable
• Transfer interface for SBS payroll accounting
• Overviews for employees (times, overtime, remaining vacation)
• No need to record times with a “time clock”
• Data security in accordance with the EU GDPR must be guaranteed
• Initially, a trial version would be welcome
• The solution (app, if applicable) should be usable on all devices (PC, MAC, smartphone, iPhone, tablet, if applicable)
• Cloud solution or web-based solution, if possible

The software is needed for the time recording of 25 employees.
