Energy service provider (startup) is looking for a CRM system

We are a startup in the energy technology sector and are looking for an operational and analytical CRM system for the B2B and B2C markets.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Customer data management
• Classification of customers into categories
• Logging of phone calls, correspondence, and visit reports
• Editing and sending bulk emails and mailings
• Ability to hide and add additional fields, e.g., filter options
• Document management with archiving of all customer data formats and the ability to attach files to contacts, e.g., PDF, Excel, Word
• Integration with existing project management tools
• Device independence: Accessible via Windows PC, Mac, smartphone, tablet, iPad, etc.
• Good usability and intuitive design
• Compatibility with other CRM systems (in case of a switch to a different CRM system after the team expands)

A budget of approximately 200 euros per year is allocated for the CRM system.

Approximately 8 software workstations are planned.
