Distribution company seeks merchandise management system

We are a wholesale distribution company and are looking for a customer database with inventory management software for creating delivery notes and invoices while also managing inventory.

We therefore have the following requirements for the software:

• Customer database, address management
• Creation of delivery notes and invoices
• Inventory management, retrieval of inventory lists with and without inventory value (at purchase prices), inventory accounting
• Printing of delivery notes as PDF and invoices as PDF
• Multiple languages (3 - German, English, French) per item (item description), but also corresponding texts on the documents (delivery note and invoice)
• Multi-client capable, meaning we have 2 companies in 2 countries (Germany and Switzerland), each company has its own warehouse - the German company in Germany, the Swiss company in Switzerland; Different purchase and sales prices must be able to be displayed
• Each client has its own VAT rates, which must be freely selectable, e.g., Switzerland has 7.7% and zero (export) and Germany has 19% and zero (export)
• Different currencies must be possible for each client, either per item or customer-specific.
• Different customer-specific item prices and discounts must also be possible.
• Stock levels must also be able to go into the negative when creating a delivery note.
• Delivery notes with barcodes (EAN 13) for items must be possible.
