CRM system wanted

We are looking for a CRM system for a metal construction company.

The software should fulfill the following requirements:

• Visit reports, document telephone calls
• E-mail integration
• Scan and assign images, plans, drawings
• Create quotations, invoices
• Text modules, text blocks
• Possibly serial letter, serial mail function (not mandatory)
• Assign access rights

A tablet PC is available to take photos on site, for example, and show the customer directly how an awning or conservatory would look on their house.

The software should not be too expensive as it is a small company. Buying is preferred to renting.
