We are a service provider in the field of industrial design and are looking for a software for the acquisition of new customers for administration, resubmission, reminders, etc..

The solution should be able to fulfill the following requirements:

  • Create customers
  • Creation of processes
  • Classification of processes according to industry, probability and expected order volume
  • Documentation of all contacts with the customer
  • Resubmission and reminder function
  • Creation of addresses and appointments
  • Sending e-mails
  • Transfer of addresses and appointments
  • Emails from Outlook and export to Outlook
  • Possible telephone integration

We prefer a cloud solution.
