I am looking for CRM software for my medical practice. In my practice, I advise clients on powers of attorney and living wills and certify my clients' capacity to give consent. Billing is carried out as in a private practice.
- Manage master data
- Create and manage text modules
- Assemble text documents from the modules
- Save documents in an audit-proof format (PDF)
- Be able to create form letters automatically
- Be able to create invoices automatically
- Advanced functions in master data maintenance, e.g. also for categorising clients
- Generate and assign a unique disposal number to each client (printed on cheque card format or created as a plastic card) and make the data available as an export file (for forwarding to create the card) – similar to a label.
- The unique disposal number should link to the most recent document
- Option to create a consultation log
- OCR search function in documents as well as keyword search
- Reminder function
- Access to data must also be possible via the internet
- Export of documents to an internet fax service provider (upload of PDF file)
- MAC OS-compatible software
- Connection to an email inbox (Apple Mail)
- Data backup in the cloud (Apple's iCloud) and on CD.
- Cloud-based, hosting in Germany
The processes in the software should run as follows:
- Creation of master data for customers/prospective customers
- Documentation of consultation Assignment of a unique number (customer number)
- Creation of a WORD or similar document from text modules
- Save draft – version number
- Corrections to the document
- Save again as a new version and new version number
- Scanner connection for signed document
- Save scan with reference to disposition number or name
- Send PDF file Print out the disposition and/or other supply documents/contract documents
- Creation of the export file with a number from the customer number
- Sending the file to the card producer
- Creation of the card (without any electronic capabilities on the card)
- Access to the created documents via the Internet (smartphone)
- Sending the PDF file to an Internet fax service
