Craft business specializing in heating and plumbing technology seeks software for order processing

We are a heating and plumbing contractor and mainly work for housing associations and property management companies in the field of building services (repairs, renovations, and maintenance). We are looking for order processing software to optimize our workflows.

The software should support the following requirements:

• Order entry and order coordination
• Customer management
• Scheduling
• CRM with contact history (e.g., when, which customer, how often they were called, whether an appointment was made or a follow-up was scheduled)
• Mark orders with processing status: Order open; in progress (e.g., for multiple appointments or larger projects) and order completed
• Invoicing based on technician notes (hours, materials)
• Optional: for private customers, enter and calculate the time, materials, and costs directly from the customer or order record and create an invoice

Approximately 6-8 software workstations are required.
