Craft business seeks order management software

My company is in the arts and crafts sector. We produce items such as (customized) shoes and accessories. The products are either one-offs or produced in small quantities. I am looking for software to speed up order management and processing through automation and digitization. Currently, this is done manually using MS Office.

The solution should meet the following requirements:

• Customer management
• Item management (on a small scale is sufficient)
• Integration of (product) photos
• Enter customer orders directly digitally during customer meetings and then send out order confirmations at the touch of a button
• Order processing (quote, order confirmation, invoice)
• Support for mobile devices (Android, iOS)
• Expansion options
• Optional import, data transfer from MS Excel, MS Word

Supplier and warehouse management do not need to be included.

One software workstation is planned for the time being. If possible, please provide a universal license for use on multiple different devices by the user.

We work with an MS Windows laptop; an iPad and a smartphone may also be added.
