Craft business in the process of being established with workshop seeks comprehensive commercial or industry-specific solution

We are looking for software for our small craft business (vehicle preparation) with a workshop, which is currently being set up, that covers all office activities, including financial management and human resources. We do a lot of field work at customer sites. However, some jobs are also carried out entirely in the workshop, e.g., maintenance, paintwork, or work on the vehicle interior. For this purpose, we receive equipment (e.g., rims) by mail or delivery, and after repair, they are sent back or delivered. We mainly service leased vehicles or vehicles from corporate customer fleets. However, we are also interested in B2C business.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Manage customer base
• Manage supplier base
• Invoicing
• Orders
• Delivery notes
• Write invoices using predefined work items, materials, times, etc.
• Manage orders and deliveries and handle shipping
• Manage appointments
• Assign emails
• Technicians who travel to customers must be connected to the office or workshop via tablet and have internet access
• Work reports and invoices must be able to be written and printed directly on site and then sent to the office
• The invoices generated in this way should be processed by the accounting department as directly and promptly as possible
• The customer must be able to sign on the tablet to acknowledge the work of the technicians
• The work at the customer's site must be documented with photos and videos and sent to the workshop for decision-making
• The software must be compatible with that of the tax office and can be used without a degree in computer science.

We require a main workstation for the office (running on MS Windows). In addition, tablets are to be used for the workshop and field service. Initially three, but the system should be expandable. The tablets are still to be procured, and the operating system for this is still open. We have basic DATEV equipment for transmission to the tax office.
