We are looking for software for our small craft business (vehicle preparation) with a workshop, which is currently being set up, that covers all office activities, including financial management and human resources. We do a lot of field work at customer sites. However, some jobs are also carried out entirely in the workshop, e.g., maintenance, paintwork, or work on the vehicle interior. For this purpose, we receive equipment (e.g., rims) by mail or delivery, and after repair, they are sent back or delivered. We mainly service leased vehicles or vehicles from corporate customer fleets. However, we are also interested in B2C business.
The software should meet the following requirements:
We require a main workstation for the office (running on MS Windows). In addition, tablets are to be used for the workshop and field service. Initially three, but the system should be expandable. The tablets are still to be procured, and the operating system for this is still open. We have basic DATEV equipment for transmission to the tax office.
