Craft business (HVAC technology) seeks craftsman software

We are a southern German craft business specializing in HVAC technology (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) and are looking for suitable craft business software.

The solution should meet the following requirements:

• Master data
• Customers
• Articles
• Creation of
• Quotes
• Order confirmations
• Delivery notes
• Invoices
• Credit notes
• Various prices, price scaling
• Dunning
• Letters
• Document archive
• Appointment management desirable (as this is also possible on a mobile device)
• Remote access (due to notebook)
• Payment transactions (e.g., online banking)
• Sub-customers such as ABC or DEF with different markets should be created for a customer, e.g., the XYZ group of companies. In addition, there should be only one continuous billing area.
• Optional support for mobile devices (iOS and Android)
• Windows compatible

Four software workstations are planned.
