Craft business (electrical) seeks ERP software for craftsmen

We are an electrical contractor and primarily deal with electrical installations and, to a lesser extent, alarm systems, telecommunications systems, and network equipment. We are looking for a complete craftsman solution.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Digital work in the office
• Customer management
• Item management
• Supplier management
• Vehicle management of approx. 20 vehicles.
• Invoicing
• Quotes
• Orders
• Delivery notes
• Invoices
• Dunning
• Warehouse management
• Tool management
• Maintenance
• Document management (e.g., minutes, meeting notes, plans, invoices, etc.)
• Mobile time recording
• CAD support
• Home office support
• Mobile on the construction site, support for mobile devices (Android)
• Preferably on-premises, network-compatible
• Transfer or migration of master and project data from the old system to the new software would be nice

Six to eight software workstations are planned. Work will be carried out in an MS Windows system environment.
