Container and apparatus manufacturer seeks personnel planning software

We are a medium-sized company in the container and apparatus construction industry (plant engineering and steel construction sector) and are looking for software for personnel resource planning. Our company personnel, the skilled workers, are deployed on a project-by-project basis. This means, for example, that 10,000 hours of working time are available as a time budget for an order (project), and the skilled workers must then be scheduled and assigned within this volume.

The software must meet the following requirements for us:

• Creation of project-related personnel deployment plans
• Creation of project-related personnel capacity plans
• Time-related assignment of activities for skilled workers (e.g., welders, fitters)
• It should be sufficient to map the working days from Monday to Saturday
• Preferably technical-visual representation as in Microsoft Project
• An interface connection to HR software or a BDE is not necessary
• Windows-compatible

Two software workstations are planned.
