Construction consultant seeks management software (contracts, claims)

I am a construction consultant and am looking for management software for construction project contracts, agreements, and claims for my services to business and private clients.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Manage contracts and documents - contract management
• Storage of contracts and documents for complex construction projects (folder structure)
• Management of many or multiple construction project contracts (e.g., those from one client)
• Deadlines and contract dates
• Contract changes (e.g., addenda)
• Distribution of rights (e.g., restricted rights of use for construction managers or architects; or, for example, full access for the client)
• Cost overviews
• Claims or legal claims - claim management
• Archiving
• Search function
• Option to attach files (e.g., PDFs, Word files)
• Connection to MS Outlook
• Automatic email for deadlines and dates
• Local or web-based (hosting via data center or server in Germany)

Two software workstations are planned. MS Windows systems will be used.
