We are a thriving, medium-sized company in the construction industry (road construction, gardening, landscaping) and are looking for a document management system (DMS).

The software should meet the following requirements:

  • Incoming mail
  • Assignment
  • Workflow
  • Archiving (including delivery notes, images, plans, drawings)
  • Audit-proof
  • Compliant with the "Principles for properly maintaining, keeping and storing books, records and documents in electronic form and for data access"
  • Search, keyword indexing
  • Import and export (including MS Excel format, image files)
  • Scanning, OCR, PDF (especially for incoming mail)

We are planning to set up 13-15 software workstations. We work with MS Windows systems.
