Construction company (prefabricated construction) seeks enterprise solution, ERP

We are a construction company (prefabricated construction) based in southern Germany and are looking for a complete business solution to digitally bundle and process our operational processes and tasks in one software package.

We need software that can perform the following tasks in one place:

• Order management tailored to the construction industry
• Customer management
• Article management
• Supplier management
• Invoicing (quotes, orders, invoices, delivery notes)
• Dunning process
• Personnel
• Time recording directly from the construction site, e.g., via app
• Interface to DATEV for time transfer
• Accounting components (preparatory for DATEV)
• Production planning (mapping of project work steps with occupancy plan)
• Capacity planning (preferably displayed as a Gantt chart)
• Support for mobile devices
• Modular structure would be good
• Comprehensive evaluation tools
• Easy to use
• Local, on-premises preferred

Four software workstations are planned. Work will be carried out in a LAN (Linux server, Windows clients).
