Complete solution sought for a training institute

We are a Swiss company and offer coaching, seminars, training courses and further education. We are looking for software to map our business processes, which should fulfill the following requirements:

• Customer acquisition, plan, carry out and monitor marketing campaigns
• be able to categorize and select interested parties, e.g. based on events attended or products purchased (CRM)
• Simple address management
• Simple scheduling for seminars and training courses
• Billing for individual events: Invoicing and control of seminars, but also of products (e.g. CDs) and coaching/consulting on an hourly rate basis, export for accounting purposes
• Checklists or task planning for events and possibly support for the employee in the process, e.g. sending invitations, information

The following functions would also be desirable:

• Currency: CHF and EUR
• External access (VPN, web)
• Possibly booking courses via our website
• Membership administration (association fee)
• As little installation effort as possible
• Flexible solution that can also be customized
• Simple export functions, e.g. to Word / Excel
• References in Switzerland if possible

The software is to be used at 5 workstations.
