Complete commercial solution sought for a garden and grounds maintenance company

We are a start-up company for garden and grounds maintenance or gardening and landscaping and are looking for an easy-to-use complete software solution at a fair price.

The following functions should be included:

• Quotations
• Cost estimate
• Measurement
• Invoices (final invoices, invoices on account, etc.)
• Credit notes
• OP management
• Dunning
• Administration
• Scheduling for 5 employees, in which recurring tasks can be entered and planned (e.g. every 2 weeks on Fridays: lawn mowing at customer XY, free appointments)

It doesn't have to be financial accounting in the pure sense, we don't do VAT registration, BWA preparation or wages. We have a tax consultant for that.

We need 2 software workstations (licenses). However, we ask for an optional offer for a third workstation.
