Company in the truck trade, sales, and rental sector seeks rental software

We are a company in the truck trading, sales, and rental sector and are looking for software for renting vehicles (including municipal vehicles), usually trucks weighing 3.5 tons or more. We currently work with two different programs at two locations in Germany. There are currently 100 vehicles available for rent. We are planning to expand to 300 to 400 vehicles and more.

The solution should meet the following requirements:

• Primarily suitable for the rental of trucks in the municipal sector
• Quotation creation to rental agreement
• Terms and conditions
• Extension of rental contracts
• Reservation of vehicles and display of available capacity, e.g., in a calendar
• Setting up and advertising with images and photos
• Multi-client capable
• Interfaces to our own workshop and accounting department planned if necessary
• Windows compatible

Approximately 10 software workstations are planned.
