We are a service provider in the events industry and are looking for a CRM. The types of events are diverse, ranging from family celebrations to business events, readings, and music concerts. Catering is not a relevant factor here.

The software should meet the following requirements:

  • Customer contacts
  • Calendar
  • Order process
  • Function sheet (time, process, occupancy plan)
  • MS Windows and macOS-based
  • Preferably also usable on mobile devices (iOS, Android)
  • Ideally web-based (cloud)

Two to three software workstations are planned.
