We are an Austrian sports club with approx. 500 members and are looking for a club software with integrated member management.

Requirements for the software:

  • Complete member administration (birthday list, entry control)
  • Club accounting with approx. 50 internal cost centers e.g.
    • Community fees
    • Sponsoring
    • Catering
    • Canteen
    • Sports field maintenance
    • Association fees
    • etc.
  • The creation of form letters would be great.
  • An evaluation of all cost centers as listed above.
  • Budget planning (preview)
