Clinic seeks planning tool for the deployment of trainees

We are a clinic with an educational mandate and are looking for a planning tool for the deployment of trainees in various organizational units.

The facility has areas where trainees and interns from various schools and educational institutions can be supervised with varying capacities. The software should map the individual areas with their maximum capacities and descriptions (ICU, IMC, normal care ward, pediatrics, outpatient clinic, etc.). Referring schools or educational institutions report the desired number of people, times, and requirements to the area to a planner. The planner assigns the people to the areas, taking into account the maximum capacity. A complete overview of the trainees and interns employed in the facility should be made possible.

If necessary, a type of booking system could be considered in the future, in which the schools or educational institutions themselves book their own trainees or interns into the areas offered.

One software workstation is currently required. In the medium term, up to ten software workstations are conceivable.
