Civil engineering and road construction company seeks integrated construction costing or industry solution

We are looking for a software solution for integrated construction costing for our company. Our company is DIN EN ISO 9001 certified and employs 40 to 50 people. The focus is on civil engineering and road construction companies. Our larger projects currently have an order value of approximately 3 million euros.

As part of our quality management system, various tools for construction site and operational controlling have been developed in recent years. These tools are “isolated solutions,” meaning they have no interfaces to construction site documentation and accounting. In addition, the requirements of our now highly diversified machine park are not covered.

With our increasingly complex civil engineering and road construction projects, we need an integrated concept that

• supports the preparation of quotations based on a bill of quantities,
• combines planning and project management
• with preliminary, interim, and final costing,
• ensures operational control
• and is compatible with our existing accounting system.

We are interested in a software solution that is tailored to our business activities, divided into modules with a user-friendly interface, and can be expanded with additional modules for future developments. Essentially, we are looking for an integrated construction calculation solution, but a suitable industry solution would also be of interest.

Initially, approximately 2-4 software workstations are planned for construction costing, and in the case of an industry solution, approximately 5 software workstations. In the future, mobile measurement recording on site could also be useful.
