Our city administration is looking for a complaint management system to help process citizen complaints.

The software should meet the following requirements:

  • Recording complaints (received via online form, mail, email, or phone)
  • Data entry (e.g., reason for the complaint or concern; name, address, possibly email or telephone number for queries and replies)
  • Communication with internal departments (forwarding to the responsible colleague, feedback from the colleague)
  • Communication with the complainant (possible queries, response to the inquiry or complaint)
  • Display of the process (receipt -> processing -> feedback)
  • Search function (e.g., display search results relating to the same issue)
  • Subsequently, statistics would be useful to show where, when, what has been done or not yet done

Approximately 15-20 software workstations are planned.
