Our church community is looking for software - as inexpensive as possible - to manage all participants for a youth group that organizes a confirmation camp once a year with approximately 130 participants.
Ideally, there should be a function that allows ID cards with QR or barcodes to be printed. In addition, there should also be a function for room allocation so that participants can check in on site using their ID cards – similar to an event function, but with capacity limits and an active check-in that takes occupancy into account. It would also be helpful to have a browser display showing who is in which room (preferably with a photo) and allowing the administrator to rebook people. As an additional feature, it would be very useful if the administrator could check attendance at any time using a code scanner, for example to scan everyone at the entrance to a meal and see who is missing.
One software workstation is required.
