Church organization in Switzerland seeks administrative software (resources)

As a regional church organization, we are looking for software primarily to manage our resources in terms of time, personnel, and rooms. Currently, we use Excel spreadsheets for many of these tasks. This is becoming increasingly confusing and error-prone. We want to improve our processes with new software that combines all of our requirements.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Work schedules, simpler scheduling
• Room management, room planning
• Simplified publication of events in parish newsletters, on the website, and on notice boards
• Address management, i.e., simpler maintenance of our address data for “volunteer” employees
• Vacation planning
• Support for mobile devices (iOS and Android)
• On-premises or cloud

Two to three software workstations are planned. We work with MS Windows systems.
