We are a newly founded Austrian company that will be offering, putting together, and delivering snack packs for children to schools starting in January 2020. We source the ingredients for the snack packs from regional suppliers. We are looking for an online snack or meal ordering system to record the desired number of snack packs and handle billing.
The software must meet the following requirements:
- Ordering of snacks via an online platform (web app as a desktop version and as a mobile version for smartphones) by end customers (parents, not schools)
- Registration with personal data, including specification or selection of school and class, with automatic assignment of a customer number
- The respective snack order must be assignable to individual days – if possible with a clear calendar function
- The product selection should include: image with description, selection of quantity and individual components of the snack package, optional ordering of additional products
- Option to cancel and change the order with a variable deadline that can be set
- Product selection should be displayed individually restricted depending on the institution
- Payment should be possible via a credit system (adding credit to an online account) or in advance
- Monthly invoicing and issuance of an order confirmation for the customer
- Output of data or reports in Excel format
- Optional: direct transfer of incoming payments from the bank account to the software (credit top-up)
The software is required for one workstation.
