Care service seeks care software

We are a small care service and are looking for care software for legal guardianship and procedural guardianship as part of our professional care services.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Creation of care recipients, with contact persons, etc.
• Financial management of invoices to the district court
• Writing letters with spell check
• Reminders of deadlines and submission dates with calendar and reminder function
• Optional creation and display of asset overview
• High performance
• Good accessibility of customer service, low or no fees for support
• Mobile use (tablet or smartphone), for Android
• Lean solution
• Purchase or rental solution
• Data transfer from the old program (existing care software) to the new one would be essential, as would the associated costs
• The management of the accounts of those receiving care is not absolutely necessary

The software should be able to be used by two people in the office (ideally). Otherwise, one. MS Windows is used in the office.
