We are a care provider offering outpatient and inpatient care services. We are looking for suitable industry software for billing, care planning, and accounting for our inpatient care homes.
The software should meet the following requirements:
- Billing and accounting
- The list of open items should be easy to create
- Creation of a list of unbilled cases after the billing run for checking
- Incoming payments should be imported directly into the program
- Retention of data in the event of a change of cost unit or care level (access to inventory data)
- Evaluation of revenues by care level
- Evaluation of revenues by care insurance fund
- Patient management
- Care planning
- At the same time, care documentation would be useful
- The software should serve as an interface
- It should be individually customizable by the user
- Evaluations should be flexibly adjustable
- Data exchange between the outpatient and inpatient sectors should be possible
- It should be possible to switch between locations without having to log in and out repeatedly
- Easy creation of a form letter
- Import of Excel lists
Approximately 50 software workstations are planned.
