CAM system wanted for a manufacturer of ceiling systems (woodworking)

We are a manufacturer of ceiling systems, so we actually belong to the architecture and construction industry, but our production is more in the woodworking sector. We use plasterboard and chipboard on our milling machine.

We are currently looking for a CAM program that meets the following requirements:

• CAM program should be integrated in SolidWorks
• should be able to nest the parts that are created on panels
• take over part labeling or create continuous labeling of the individual parts itself
• define which tools are used for which tasks

The aim is not to have to give new instructions each time, e.g. mill here with the Ø 10 mm milling tool.

The data for the milling program should be able to be integrated into a parts list, e.g. how long the machine needs for the parts, how many raw plates are required, etc.).

Approx. 3 software workstations are currently planned.
