Business park seeks real estate management with accounting

We are a business park with around 85 rented units, including halls, garages, offices and a few apartments. The properties are owned by the company. In 2017, a further 27 apartments for assisted living for senior citizens will be added.

For this, we are looking for a property management company with bookkeeping that meets the following requirements

• Management of various rental units
• Mapping of multiple tenancies (tenant rents several units)
• Accounting system for ancillary costs, both commercial and residential
• Bookkeeping with Datev interface
• Recording of electricity, gas and water meters and determination of consumption
• User-friendly and simple

Ideally, the software can be expanded to include maintenance management. Approx. 4 workstations are planned.
