Our bus company operates 60 vehicles on behalf of two transport companies (regular service, school buses) and we are looking for calculation software to calculate our running costs. We receive remuneration from the transport companies for each vehicle.
The following components must be included in the calculations:
In the future, it should be possible to perform simultaneous calculations, e.g., in January, service 1, then possibly a change (different service or different route) from March. It should be determined whether the remuneration from the respective transport company is still sufficient, needs to be adjusted, or must be canceled.
The software should run locally on a PC.
One workstation is planned.
