As a service provider for technical building and facility management, we are looking for software for order management and order processing with CRM functions. The entire workflow, from damage reports by tenants to invoicing customers (landlords), should be mapped.
Creation of a clear database with tenant master data and customer information for invoicing (landlord) so that all the necessary information is quickly available when a tenant reports damage by telephone.
The software should meet the following requirements:
Eight software workstations are required initially, with a prospect of approximately 20 in the future. Work is carried out in an MS Windows environment.
