Building services provider seeks industry solution

We are a building services provider based in southern Germany and are looking for an industry solution for our office. Our services include maintenance cleaning, caretaker services, clearing out and removals, demolition work, and window and glass cleaning.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Customer management
• Item management
• Employee scheduling
• Creating duty rosters
• Calculating maintenance cleaning costs
• Creating invoices
• Creating recurring invoices for customers
• Reports
• Organizational tasks
• Local or web-based

Two software workstations are planned. We work with MS Windows systems.
