We are a building services provider based in southern Germany and are looking for CAFM software for a social services provider (approx. 700 employees) with multiple locations.

The solution should meet the following requirements:

  • Space management
  • Rental management
  • Ticket system for maintenance and malfunctions
  • Mobile application (for caretakers) as an app
  • Primarily Android, secondarily iOS
  • Offline capability

Approximately 15 software workstations are planned. Work will be carried out in an MS Windows system environment.
