Building construction company seeks comprehensive commercial solution (or industry solution)

We are a medium-sized building construction company and are looking for a complete commercial solution or industry solution. We build eco-friendly houses, both as extensions and turnkey homes. We also sell building materials for the houses.

We have the following requirements for the software:

• Complete goods trading with accounting
• Customer management
• Item management (item transfer, as we have approx. 5,000 items in our master database)
• Supplier management
• Subcontractor management
• Invoicing (quotes, orders, delivery notes, invoices)
• Invoices by email
• Dunning
• Digital correspondence (e.g., reports)
• Document management
• Connection to MS Office
• Connection to Google Calendar, ICS format
• Support for mobile Android devices (on the construction site, for our foremen and site managers)
• Migration or data transfer from the old system (existing commercial solution) - via or import of the MS Excel file format
• Windows compatible

5-7 software workstations are planned.
