Building cleaning company seeks order processing or industry solution

For our building cleaning services, we are looking for order processing and invoicing software with an invoice receipt book and online banking to optimize our administrative tasks. Currently, processing is done using MS Excel.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Quotation creation
• Order processing for regular and irregular orders
• Processing of these orders for invoicing and subsequent reminders
• Processing of incoming invoices, invoice receipt book
• Integration of incoming and outgoing payments
• Online banking
• Master data management
• Property management
• Contract management
• Scheduling
• Interface to tax advisor, MS Access, and MS Excel

At least five software workstations are required, with the possibility of expansion if necessary.
