We are a company specializing in building and multimedia technology. Our range of services and products includes the installation of satellite and alarm systems, repair services, and the sale of TV and satellite equipment. We are looking for an industry-specific or comprehensive customer service solution to help us manage our growing operational tasks.

The software should meet the following requirements:

  • Customer management, CRM
  • Article management
  • Invoicing
    • Quotations
    • Delivery notes
    • Invoices
  • Scheduling with drag-and-drop including appointment rescheduling
  • Mobile app for technicians with GPS
  • Time tracking if possible
  • Field service reports
  • Caller ID
  • DATEV interface
  • Optional interface to MS Outlook
  • Costs between a maximum of $200 and $300 per month
  • Web-based preferred
  • We intend to work with Surfaces (MS Windows) as mobile devices in the field

Eight software workstations are planned - four in the office and four for technicians. Work is carried out in an MS Windows system landscape.
